Think Outside The Vox<\/a>\u00a0is partnered with\u00a0Commonwealth Shakespeare Company<\/a>\u00a0to prioritize accessibility and uplift Deaf, Blind and disabled access providers and audience in its productions and spaces. The VOX team served on all fronts for CSC\u2019s\u00a0Charles Dickens\u2019 A Christmas Carol<\/em>:
Ingrid O\u2019Dell<\/a>\u00a0(Think Outside the Vox Access Coordinator) managed the American Sign Language team (Director of Artistic Sign Language Sabrina Dennison<\/a>\u00a0who led ASL Interpreters\u00a0<\/a>Christopher Robinson<\/a>, Michael Herschberg, and\u00a0<\/a>Joshua Ayoub<\/a>, as well as his children\/CODAs Logan and Micaela for guest interpreting as Tiny Tim!) and the Audio Description team (pre-show and wayfinding describer Mikey Rose<\/a>, primary\/in-show describer\u00a0<\/a>Mel Watkins<\/a>, and Blind Expert\/AD Consultant\u00a0<\/a>Tanja Milojevic<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0GetBraille.com<\/a>\u00a0who\u00a0printed braille programs, recorded audible cast bios, and consulted on the Tactile Tour<\/a>), with tech and people support from\u00a0<\/a>Connor Riordan<\/a>\u00a0(Captions Operator\/Script Editor with\u00a0AccessTech<\/a>) and Voxers on-site for AD and ASL performances (Samatha Gould<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/a>Olivia Reinebach<\/a>). Assistive Listening Devices and large-print programs were also available and Vox was thrilled to receive real-time feedback from Deaf, Blind and disabled audience members.
